General Conditions of the Offer
- Payment: directly at the hotel upon check-in. A credit card is required as a guarantee at the time of booking.
- Cancellation: possible and free of charge up to 2 days before arrival (up to a maximum of 2 rooms per booking). In case of late cancellation, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
- Pets allowed: only small and medium-sized dogs.
- Extra cleaning supplement: € 20.00 per dog, per night.
- Restrictions: pets are not allowed in the areas dedicated to the provision of food (restaurant and hotel bar), in the wellness center or in the fitness area.
- Group reservations: for groups of rooms, advance payment of a part or of the entire amount booked may be required (non-refundable).
