A restaurant that welcomes you in its rustic place, with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. It is characterized by arches and bricks and it is able to host up to 80 people. The quality and the variety of choice are typical of the AS Hotels: different types of menus, local dishes and international proposals for lunches, dinners and business breakfasts but also for events.

Completely renovated, with a refined yet informal setting, with light colours such as white and beige which light the environment up, our restaurant “Il Minestraio” is open for hotel guests, external clients and for whoever wants to taste a great variety of dishes, varying from traditional cuisine to the flavors of international cooking.
Our breakfast is served every day with a rich savory and sweet buffet from 7:00 to 10:00 am with a wide range of cold and hot delights. There’s also a little “bio” corner with gluten free proposal.
