General offer conditions
- Payment: directly at the hotel upon check-in. A credit card is required as a guarantee at the time of booking.
- Cancellation: possible and free of charge up to 2 days before arrival (up to a maximum of 2 rooms per booking). In case of late cancellation, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
- Group bookings: for group room reservations, partial or full prepayment (non-refundable) may be required prior to check-in.
- Tourist tax: currently not applicable in Cambiago. Should the Municipality introduce it during your stay, it will be payable directly at the hotel.
